1- Find my iPhone/iPad must be OFF

2- restore to clean iOS / itunes or 3utools 

3 - stay in hello screen

(Do not connect to wifi)

4- open itunes

5- connect usd cable

(trust device if needed)

6- Turn wifi ON (iPad/iphone)

7- Press Bypass MDM

DONE

When the tool says Success Your Phone must be restored process started. When done you can set up normally Your iDevice.
