1 - Connect apple watch to iBus adapter and Mac computer via USB2 only
2 - Open HFZ tool & Copy ecid , register on server  ( Note u have 12h to restore your device )
3 - Download the correct ipsw firmware 
4- Open HFZ Firmware restore tool and restore the Apple watch

Use USB2 cable only / USB-C cable will not work
